This is a technically based role dedicated to translating market leading high-quality digital store fronts, digital Enterprise presence, and Enterprise Resource Planning integration solutions into true service value to external customer’s and end users to result in high profitability sales. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with the technical ability to sell the value of our services converting opportunities into sales. The position will involve selling to both established and new prospective customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct frequent customer correspondence and visits to sell the company’s range of service solutions to a wide range of end users and business owners
  • Work with end users and business owners to specify company’s solutions
  • Develop and follow up on sales leads
  • Work with Marketing to develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate new leads and market intelligence
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
  • Establish & maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure customer requirements are being met
  • Present at industry technical conferences
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Reports to the Director of Sales
  • Frequent interactions with Director of Sales and project managers

Qualifications, Requirements

  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, with an attention to detail and high quality
  • Must be proficient in MS office applications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field preferred; or minimum of three years related sales experience (preferably in a technical environment)
